Metamorphosis

I have metamorphosed to me
Dont know how.. dont know when
Searching for light everyday at the dawn
It just happened
The things that were haunting my heart

Haunting my mind...Are gone
Gone like the western wind

The past as they say has passed
Taking with it the old individual of me
The one who was so happy
The one who was so blind

...that it cudnt know

The mirage it was following
Where every smile was only faith
The reality was far worse underneath

Ignorant i was, in the realm of illusion
When the dark had consumed my shadow
Even the mirror had conspired

To show a distorted picture
I had only craved for sanity
While the insanity was too secure
And my all hopes had vanished

Beyond every persuasion

Must my subconscious has got this realised
That time has brought this present
I woke up to see the light now
That redefines my shadow
Here i can hear my echo

That no longer reverberates unanswered
Here i look at my image
Yes i have metamorphosed.

Leaps and Falls

It's always been like this
You have been with me
In acts of rectitude
Or those of transgression
You never left me behind,
Your erring friend...
Nah i cant call me the master
Coz you are no slave
For me you are never
Just an alternative
We had our leaps
And we had our falls
We had our afterclaps
And also had some dulls
But when we defied the times
And did our deed
What i lacked i found then
With you, that speed
Balance and direction
Were close affiliates
Coming out of the union
Of the man and the machine
